1. Paddle
Paddle is the planned reseller and merchant of record. It processes checkout, billing, tax, fraud and order-support data under its Privacy Notice. Paddle and the Supplier may act as separate controllers for their respective purposes.
2. Resend and mail providers
Resend is planned for transactional license delivery. Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail is used for the support inbox and domain mail routing. The production account entities, processing locations, retention settings and transfer terms must be entered in the launch evidence before sales open.
3. Website, DNS and activation hosting
Alibaba Cloud provides domain registration and DNS services. The exact production website/CDN operator and the non-mainland activation host have not yet been accepted into the release evidence. No production activation-data flow is approved until those entities, regions, contracts, access controls, backups, retention and incident contacts are verified.
4. Status
This register intentionally records incomplete production facts. Checkout remains disabled until the final provider list and international-transfer safeguards match the deployed systems.
