1. Paddle handles the transaction
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for an enabled purchase. Refund requests are submitted through paddle.net and evaluated under the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law.
2. Statutory rights remain
Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right or remedy for digital content that is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, not supplied, or not fit for an accepted purpose.
Depending on the applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or a full or partial refund. A request for immediate digital delivery does not remove rights concerning non-conforming digital content.
3. Cooling-off and immediate delivery
Some jurisdictions provide a cooling-off right for remote purchases. That right may change after digital delivery begins only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Paddle's checkout record and the law applicable to the buyer determine the effect; this policy does not assume that every buyer loses that right.
4. Product and activation help
For a missing download, license-delivery or activation issue, email the published support address with the Paddle order number, app version and a concise description. Do not attach the affected confidential document. Product support does not prevent you from submitting a refund request to Paddle.
5. Refund effect
After a valid refund, reversal or chargeback, the associated license may be deactivated, subject to applicable law. Deactivation does not authorize deletion of files you created while the license was valid and does not reduce any continuing statutory remedy.
